Enabling 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)
Hey! Here's a guide to help you to enable your Two-Factor Authentication. Don't complain, this is for your safety!
As part of eNor's Cybersecurity Standards, we require enabling a Two-Facotr Authentication in order to prevent undesired situations in case of hacking or phishing.
Step 1 - Enabling 2FA
After logging in for the first time on eNor's Platform, there will be a message on the top of the page asking for 2FA enabling. You must click on that message to be redirected to the enabling page.
Step 2 - Downloading 2FA App
On the screen above, there is a list of compatible mobile Apps in order to enable your 2FA. Select one of them, download it on your mobile and click "+" to add an account. Example: Microsoft Authenticator.
Step 3 - Setting up 2FA
After clicking "+", scan the QR Code shown on eNor's Platform and insert the 6-number authentication code generated on the Authenticator. Done! You've just got protected :)
